Ben: I don't remember dates and only a year. But I told myself that If i get to this point and I had a guess, I'd go for it since I have good instincts. Hopefully I'm right.... And I think that year was 1993. So, B, Final Answer.

Even President Bill Clinton said to keep the smallpox. So the deadline passed the the smallpox virus is still there! So the WHO again, moved the deadline to June 30th, 2002.
