Hi GSK. I don't know if I'm allowed to do this, but I have a suggestion for a game show we can do. I was thinking you could either do Hollywood Squares or Match Game. I don't know if you have the graphics to make those two games, but I just want to know what you think about it.

Wow! That almost looks like the Celeb Family Feud set. Nice work. I can't wait to play that game in the fall. Quick question. The rules for the show will be like the syndicated version, right? Because I've noticed that some games in the primetime celebrity version on ABC had fewer rounds.

Yays, more DoND  ======= Here's an update with a review of the last game. Sadly I couldn't attend it but I watched it afterwards and here's a couple of thoughts: -I really am digging the new staircase/wall animations, massive improvement to the set. -Glad to hear some new sound bits - the potential of the full music package made by GrooveAddicts is massive but the US kinda ruined it a little by sticking to a very strict scheme. I'm digging what you're making out of it. -Gameplay itself is good. I'm not sure as to how long you're going to keep in the $20m twist, because the way the money board ends up being set out, at some point it just doesn't feel that special, besides having banker offer 6 figures constantly kinda kills the tension. -Davira is a very good host, but I'd love to see (hear?) a little more interaction between him and the player/the banker. There are bits of it there already, but sometimes it can feel as if he's reading out the lines from BigJon's DoND game. -One other gameplay point, the case opening sometimes feels a little too dragged out, especially in the early stages of the game. Yes, I know, tension and all, but there is a difference between tension and boredom. Overall, though, I'm definitely looking forward to the next show and hoping I can actually attend it. |

Adasiekk, I'll definitely take your points into consideration. I planned on having the 20m through the end of the year, but perhaps I'll end that sooner. The set is still not quite where I'd like it to be, so I'm thinking about doing a larger redesign before the end of the year. I'll be posting video of the game by the end of the week, but until then, I wanted to offer a small teaser of what's to come.  |
