Sorry for bumping this, but I figured I'd update my own topic with some new information. So over the last couple of years, I have made A LOT of changes to my game as far as how the panel works, and how the game looks cosmetic wise. Here's the latest example of my millionaire panel that I ran at AAC (Another Anime Con) last week in Manchester, NH: The best part though, is that I officially have FUNIMATION as a sponsor of my show now in terms of prize support due to the success of this game throughout the last 4 1/2 years that I have ran it. I'd like to hear any opinions from you guys in terms of what you think I should do different or what I could do to improve.

That is awesome!!! I'm still debating on how I want to change the gameplay even further for future conventions, but I'm still happy with how it is for now

I am really glad that you have a sponsor in the name of FUNIMATION. Just a few words of advice. Consider using a projectors freeze button so that the audience doesn't see you loading all the files as it may look unprofessional, possibly freeze it onto a millionaire background. Possibly update your graphics. (Question in a hexagon, less clutter etc) Make a hotseat. The contestant has its back to the audience. Take some advice from Woffan, his template is really really good. I hope that you find my feedback ok and by the way you really are good at what you do. Good job mate!

Problem is that I can't really make a hot seat unless I had a team of people to help me with this. I'm lucky if I have 2 people at most helping me out with this event, and it's honestly something I just don't have the time for. I definitely agree in terms of loading the files and maybe freezing the screen, although I've done that before and the odd thing is that I've seen it where projectors will cut out a split second before the game starts, and then it will start about 5 seconds later. In terms of a hexagon, while the idea sounds good, it can't work for my template, mainly because I rely on video questions and especially picture questions frequently. I think more people see it better as well the way it is right now. I'm actually running this event again next weekend! Hopefully it turns out well
