One thing I dislike about some versions of Millionaire is how long it takes to get through the first 5 questions, now I don't speak Finnish, so if the contestants were just talking it out, ok, but I think those should be got through quickly, or at least edited to appear that way, like the UK pre-celebrity-clock era, when (usually) Chris would read the question, they'd give an answer and maybe a witty comment about the joke answer, and then Chris would say if they were right or not. But, it's great to see WWTBAM returning to parts of the world, maybe there's some hope (albeit extremely small) to see WWTBAM return to the UK one day in the future... It feels like a thing newbie hosts tend to do. It's obvious that the communication between the contestant and the host is what gives the game the chance to be exciting. Probably nervous to deliver, new hosts often start with the banter right away. But because timing is just as important, and the first tier is not the right time to start discussions, it gets tedious and awkward. If the presenter has enough time (ratings-wise) to adjust, they usually get into the groove fast and speed things up. I expect that to happen with Chris Harrison, too. The moment the host, the producer, or the editor realizes having the player talk through their thought process on why 1+1 equals 2 isn't interesting, the game improves a lot. P.S.: I don't think it's very unlikely that the UK version will come back one day. It won't be with Chris Tarrant, as far as he is concerned, and it's hard to imagine a way to make the show a real highlight again, but nothing is impossible. I have faith in today's showrunners' lack of innovative ideas, especially in the game show sector. I can see where you're coming from in terms of the Newbie Hosts being nervous, and I do hope Millionaire returns to ITV (Or Channel 4, or even the BBC) one day, and we have seen other game shows be revived here, like Fifteen to One, for example, Celebrity Squares, and Catchphrase. Anyway, I've gone off-topic now, apart from the timing, I like the new Finnish Millionaire, and hopefully when the host has a few shows under his belt it'll run a bit more smoothly.

Episode 5 of the 2016 Finnish Who Wants To Be A Millionaire {Spoiler} The first contestant after the carry over contestant either had really hard questions or straight out sucked. Walking away with only 700 Euros after using ALL THREE lifelines? That's horrible even for Finnish standards.
EDIT: Just saw that the second new contestant for the night only made it one question more in the money tree also with all three lifelines used. It must of been that after last episode's 30,000 euro win, the television station must of thought "Oh no. We gave away too much money too fast. Let's make the questions real hard for the next few contestants."

It's a shame that the television station is giving you copyright claims on the new 2016 episodes. It's fair use right, you are not making any money.

New season starts today! I will post every episode here if I can find them on youtube after the episode has aired here in Finland. They'll probably get deleted from YouTube, but they're free to watch for a limited amount of time on the Internet TV of the TV channel Nelonen, called Ruutu: www.ruutu.fi/ohjelmat/haluatko-miljonaariksiHere are the translations of the 2016 spring season questions (click the names of the contestants): millionaire.wikia.com/wiki/Haluatko_miljon%C3%A4%C3%A4riksi%3F_%282016_spring_season%29By the way, I was a contestant in the 2016 autumn season, but I'm not allowed to tell (yet) how much I won or if I even got into the Hot Seat.
