Look at the hot seat monitors and the fastest finger stations. Yes, all Millionaire sets are similar, but the Russian and Ukrainian sets have little unique qualities from the rest of the world, and they really do look like one and the same. I think that's what he was going for.

The strange thing is that you can still kind of see more graphics underneath the weird pastel pink and neon green graphics. The rest of it seems to be actually part of the show.

Also, I'd like to point out that 3 million Somaliland Shillings is (with today's exchange rate) equal to $4,291.96. (£2,779.86, €3,833.31)
