Well, Uruguay won the first one, Argentina surely has with Messi and its share of talent over the years, and Portugal is always a threat, most recently Ronaldo. Greece has a bunch of players with long names, and I can't remember them being historically good enough to win one, if they've ever made it that. I'll say it's the word...Greece, final.  |

Aha. I even know the backstory of this one! Tootsie Rolls were made just before WWI so that soldiers could get a quick sugar rush, but without the chocolate melting, hence their hard texture even now. Because of WWI, 1916 is the only one that makes sense; D, final.
