I never heard of a vectorscope before but two answers do come to mind. Hospital makes sense because there's a lot of things with the suffix "scope" in it. Submarine is also speaking to me because it could be the name of the scope that's used to look around underwater. I really can't choose between them though. So, B: Hospital or C: Submarine, I can't choose between them. If you are willing to go for it, then go ahead and double dip. At least you know if either of those answers is correct that I helped you get $250,000.

Thank you very much!
Right, let's see here. I think I can effectively rule out A--I work in TV and I've never heard of one being used there. For some reason I don't think it's hospital, actually, because I'm trying to think of what a vectorscope would measure, and I don't think it's anything remotely medical. So, therefore, since I've got it, and since I have a pretty good idea...I'm going to Double Dip.
And after confirming that I will, in fact, use the Double Dip, my first final answer is...
...C, Submarine.

Right then, tut tut tut...
I really don't think it's hospital. I know they have a lot of scopes, but vectorscope doesn't sound like something they'd use. Doesn't sound very medical to me.
So, against my better judgement...D, Airplane, final. (covers eyes)

*2nd final answer DD cue plays* And YOU STILL WRONG!!! *Q13 incorrect answer cue plays* Right answer is A: TV Station! A vectorscope is a special type of oscilloscope used in both audio and video applications. Whereas an oscilloscope or waveform monitor normally displays a plot of signal vs. time, a vectorscope displays an X-Y plot of two signals, which can reveal details about the relationship between these two signals. Vectorscopes are highly similar in operation to oscilloscopes operated in X-Y mode; however those used in video applications have specialized graticules, and accept standard television or video signals as input (demodulating and demultiplexing the two components to be analyzed internally). But congrats to won your $32,000! *Walkaway cue plays* And please welcome! The next cotestant is futuregshost! *FGSH going to host* Come on!
