Wer Wird I remember was one of the first. Wasn't Japan, they got it a bit after most countries of primary runs, if I recall correctly, ditto Bulgaria. Now QVGDM? Hmm. I remember it was fairly early as well. Not 100% on this, but I think I should take the risk here, just in case of audience splits later, or the like, should I need them. Because of this, I'll take D, Germany, as my final answer.
