With the recent departure of Cedric the Entertainer and the changing of the studio, I thought it may be time to tweak a pretty good format. Introducing Split Shuffle.
Changes: The main changes to the format is the new money tree and the new lifeline: All or Nothing (Working Title).
The money tree is broken into 3 parts:
$100
$250
$500
$1,000
$2,500
----------
$5,000
$7,000
$10,000
$15,000
$20,000
------------
$50,000
$100,000
$250,000
$500,000
$1,000,000
The first two rounds play the same as normal Shuffle however the 5th and 10th amounts are always the same, $2,500 and $20,000 respectively. If the contestant has more than $50,000 by the end of round 2, than they play straight for $100,000. If not, they play for $50,000. The $2,500 and $20,000 count as safe havens.
In addition to the standard 3 lifelines (2 Jump the Questions and an Ask The Audience), the contestant gets All or Nothing. This allows the player to eliminate one incorrect answer and have two tries at the remaining answers. If they are correct, than they get the money behind the question. If they are wrong, they lose all money gained and go home with nothing.
So that is a few changes I think could make the game more interesting. As always leave your thoughts below and I will see you soon!
