And I'll be first to mention since Challenge didn't air Episode 2 from January 2, 1999 (mainly because they didn't have this episode in their library) they instead jumped to air Episode 3 (the episode where the Audience gave the contestant the wrong answer).

This is apparently the first time episode 6 has been rebroadcast. According to the Millionaire Wikia, Neil Muir had his money rescinded for not disclosing his criminal record.
Did the Christmas Special from series 1 air? That'd be one worth seeing.

What is the audio cue used at 11:27 in Episode 11? Is it included in the album? I don't think I have heard it in more recent episodes? I understand it is to show that a contestant has chosen to walk away rather than being forced to leave after an incorrect answer.

It's one of the walkaway cues. There are actually two. Frankly, I'm quite glad they quit using them.
