Because of this, sanctions will be issued for any current and future infractions of the RPG rules. If the 48-hour rule comes into play again for the remaining duration of either RPG 43 or RPG 44, that game will end right then and there. pjbwriter I don't know what's happened, but please send a joint PM to both RegisFan and myself explaining your sudden, temporary absence in RPG 43. And explain to us what you will do in the future to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also explain to us why we should not raise your warning level. There was bold text in the signup thread that if you sign up for a role, you must see it through to the end. Matryoshka As per the official RPG rules, you are permitted to be a host in one RPG and contestant in another, however, you must realize that you now have a huge responsibility to take on. Failure to see both games through may result in your warning level being raised. OMDolton99 Your warning level will be raised. Plain and simple. If any of the above tagged members have any questions, I would be happy to answer them via PM. Everyone who participates needs to keep in mind that when it comes to official site RPGs, you must see your roles through to the end as the RPGs are a great opportunity for involvement on the site, however, as staff, it is our job to keep them moving. If anyone wants to start their own RPG, he/she is welcome to do that in the CREATIVITY section and drag out those games as much as you'd like. Official RPGs, however, need to keep moving. Post ---------------------------- The lack of participation and other questionable behavior in recent RPGs has been a constant headache. Because a few individuals repeatedly choose not to follow the rules, these games are ruined for everyone. And that doesn't even begin to cover the behind the scenes drama that plays out in my inbox on a regular basis. Have we all forgotten that these games are supposed to be fun? I don't know how many rules can be put into place before any remaining fun is lost. FinalAnswer19 and I are going to have to reevaluate how the RPGs are conducted. And yes, disciplinary measures will be taken against those who have broken the rules. Please carry on with this game as best as possible until everything gets sorted out. I apologize to all of those who play by the rules and whose enjoyment of the RPGs is hampered by the acts of a few irresponsible and inconsiderate members. ---------------------------- End |
