I haven't watched a single episode of the Simpsons save for the Couch gags at the beginning of each one. However I can safely say it's C: Sideshow Bob by process of elimination.

I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to quit this RPG, life has just been getting in the way plus I've done the two hardest things I've ever had to do in the last week so I can't continue this RPG. I'm sorry I couldn't see it out to the end but it will just take forever. I may still be on the site but I won't be participating that much, certainly not in RPGs for a while.
