Hey, guys! As you know, I host the "Millionaire Interactive" RPG and YouTube series (formerly through GSN Buzz, now at millionairerpg.freeforums.net)
I love working with all sorts of international "Millionaire" formats and am interested in doing a test run of a custom "Hot Seat" ... I've never hosted a "Hot Seat" version, but I want to, because it gets more than one player involved. I'd love to use this as a trial run for a future "Millionaire Interactive."
Here's the custom game play.
14 questions of escalating difficulty (and possible cash payouts)
14 - $1,000,000
13 - $250,000
12 - $150,000
11 - $100,000
10 - $50,000
*9 - $25,000*
8 - $15,000
7 - $10,000
6 - $5,000
5 - $2,500
*4 - $1,000*
3 - $500
2 - $250
1 - $100
4-6 contestants take turns answering these questions. They can "pass" the question to the next player if they do not know the answer to the question.
Once a contestant gives a wrong answer, he or she is out of the game, and the current top prize amount is also out of play.
Once a contestant reaches the final question, normally they win $1,000 and are forced to take a stab at the final question. Not anymore!
They have three options... 1) Answer the first question.
In any circumstance, an incorrect answer means they leave with $1,000.
If they do not know the first given "final question", they can 2) walk away with half of the current earnings. Or 3) switch the question. If they switch it, they MUST answer the second question.
Anyone interested? I need 4-6 contestants! Comment your interest, and the name you wish to go by if it is different from your username.
