This might be a tricky one, but Usain Bolt seems obvious since he's been all the rage around the world when it comes to breaking records. So it's D, Final.

D is of course the right answer, you have £1,000! *Q5 Win plays, audience cheers* *Q6 lights down plays* So you've won your first thousand, remember that's guaranteed, so you won't be leaving today with any less than that. You're also just 10 questions away from becoming a millionaire, and you've still got all three of your lifelines left. You're in great shape here. So, everyone that comes here has one amount they really want to win, so what are you looking to leave this studio with tonight?

32,000 is the second most important sum for me because it's the biggest amount that you cannot lose when you got there. If it was real money, actually any amount past 8,000 would be perfect for me.

Ok, well £32,000 is only five right answers away, and £8,000 is only 3 right answers away, so you're in great shape to get there. As you know the questions get a bit harder from this point, but you might as well play this next question, as even if you were to give me a wrong answer, you'd still leave with £1,000. You have all three of your lifelines remaining, use them if you need to. Question number six is worth £2,000. Take your time, have a look, and tell me what you want to do: *Q6 background music plays*

Before Cameron there were Gordon Brown and Tony Blair. But they were from the Labour Party, and the question is about the last Conservative Prime Minister. Before Blair there was John Major, a Conservative. He was the Prime Minister after Mrs Thatcher has resigned in 1990. So it's A: John Major, Final Answer.

(Sorry, I won't be able to update this until tomorrow, my PowerPoint and Excel are playing up, so I've got no way to access the questions.)

*Q6 Final Plays* It's the right answer, you've got £2,000. *Q6 Win Plays, audience applauds* *Q7 Lights Down Plays* Let's push on a bit now, try and get you up to £32,000 if we can. You're currently 9 questions away from the million, and you have all of your lifelines left. Question number 7 is worth £4,000 if you can give me a correct answer, get this one wrong, and you lose £1,000, but whatever happens, you do have a thousand guaranteed. Have a look at your next question: *Q7 Background music plays*

I have an idea, but not 100% certain, so I'd like to ask the audience, please.

Ok then, just what lifelines are for. Audience! We need your help!
*ATA Start cue plays, lights come up*
Let's try and get Paul up to at least £4,000. Here comes your question: What does the M stand for in the biological term mRNA? A on your keypads is MUTATION. B is MITOSIS. C is MESSENGER. And D is METABOLIC.
One of those four is worth £4,000. You'll have 24 hours as a forum to vote on the poll that will be placed at the top of this thread, and after that, I'll add the 'Studio' results. (Kind of the like the syndicated AOL Audience.) A, B, C, or D. All vote now!

(Double Post, sorry, it's just so the thread gets bumped to the top, simply to inform people the results are up.) *ATA End Plays, lights come back down, Q7 Background Music starts playing again* Ok, the results are in. Let's see what the studio audience thought first... *Graph appears on screen* Right, the studio has quite a big majority saying Messenger, 63%, then it's Mitosis with 22%, then Mutation with 12%, and finally 3% think it's Metabolic. That's quite a good result, but let's see what the boards think the answer is: *Graph flips to reveal Board Poll* Wow, it's a bigger majority, 79% are saying Messenger, 14% for Mutation, 7% for Mitosis, and actually, no one thinks the answer is Metabolic. These audience results are definitely pointing towards C. You said you had an idea before you used your lifeline, were you thinking C? You can take their answer, but remember, they could be wrong. You've still got 2 lifelines if you need them, and you can walk away with £2,000. It's completely your choice.

Yeah, that's what I thought before using the lifeline. So I'll trust them and I'll say C: Messenger, Final Answer.

*Q7 Final Plays* You decided to go with the majority of both the audience, and the boards... You've won £4,000! *Q7 Win Plays* *Q8 Lights Down Plays* You're doing great here. The next question is worth what you wanted, £8,000. You've still got 2 lifelines, take your time and have a look at your £8,000 Question. *Q8 Background Music Plays*

Heard of the group, but never listened to them. However, I can narrow down to two. 50:50 please.

50:50? Sure you can, let's hope it helps you. Computer, please take away two of the wrong answers, leaving the right answer, and one remaining wrong answer: *50:50 Sound Plays* So, the answer is either Emma or Sally. You said you could narrow it down to two, has that helped at all? Remember you still have 1 lifeline left if you need it.
