There's also the letter Q in Case 7 (audience groan just after I say Q). There is next to no chance that Q's would appear in the puzzle. Is this puzzle one of the exceptions?

That round started ok, than got to a really poor stage and than finally it got to a pretty great stage.
We know that the banker only offers challenges to solve the puzzle until it is solved but we will wait for the banker just in case he wants to make any comments.
