So these questions might be suited for someone more versed with the Hindi language and KBC as a whole, but I figured I'd asked.
Most of what I watched are episodes like these: (You can also catch a real quick glimpse of the host screen when the contestant asks for the Ask The Audience ("Audience Poll") lifeline and during some of the interactions between the celebrities.)
- I noticed that the Host Screen of KBC has a small box (I'll get the image posted when I get back to my desktop) for the translated question in Hindi. But where are the translated answers placed at on the screens? On the Contestant Screen, I can imagine it goes on the bottom of the screen ala their Fastest Finger First touchscreens (which I'm horribly tempted to try to build using an Arduino and Windows 8)
- Since SONY is directly producing these episodes of KBC, is that the reason why there's a huge difference in stage setup and music. (Not really complaining but I'm loving every aspect of it. Especially the slide-out Hotseat setup that pops out during the Grand Finales.) I know KBC used the "Arena" setup like everywhere else, but not sure what caused this change. (Maybe the ultra strict license was relaxed when Sony bought out Celador?)
- Is "Quick Heal" a sponsor? I kind of noticed there's a giant sticker on the screens. I thought it was a branding of the PC but noticed it was on the side where it's closer to the camera.
- I'm reading various things on the Millionaire Wiki and Wikipedia entry that there is some kind of "Make Your Own Threshold" kind of game. How exactly does that work? (Or is that the Risk Format I'm confused with.)
- I noticed also that the Fastest Finger contestants don't stay on the stage in the ring of fire for the whole show. Is that standard or was it just because this was a continuation? (In this case, they seem to be finishing a series and a new contestant was chosen but couldn't play since the producers wanted to go play with the celebrities and the klaxon instead.)
