A, Final Answer... is correct for $2000. *the audience claps and the $2000 win cue plays*
*the $4000 let's play cue plays*
Yeah, of course most of the other countries in South America speak Spanish, but the Brazilians speak good ol' Portuguese. You've won $2000, and you're now going for $4000. Here's question #7, you've still got two lifelines.
Which actress starred along with George Clooney in the 2013 film Gravity?
A: Sandra Bullock B: Scarlett Johansson C: Jennifer Saunders D: Jennifer Lawrence

That's got to be Sandra Bullock.
That was also back when I watched Smosh and they constantly made jokes about her.
Final answer.

That has got to be Sandra Bullock. It's good for $4000. *the audience applauds and the $4000 win cue plays*
*the $8000 let's play cue plays*
Now I've seen Smosh pull off some crazy shenanigans in 2013, but I don't remember it getting that bad... *the audience laughs* I happen to have really enjoyed that movie anyway, but it was indeed Sandra Bullock and George Clooney who starred in Gravity.
You're now just eight correct answers away from our $1 million prize, but let me remind you that the money is starting to get serious here. You could lose $3000 if you give me a wrong answer to this next question, but you'll double your money if you're correct. Have a look at question #8, for $8000...
A famous "triangular" set of numbers is named for which French mathematician?

I am almost certain it's called the "Pascal Triangle". And I thought Ad Math had no use...
Blaise Pascal, final answer.

Pascal's Triangle... is the right answer. You've got $8000. *the audience applauds and the $8000 win cue plays*
*the $16,000 let's play cue plays*
Who says Ad Math isn't useful? If it gets you $8000, then it's certainly gotta have some use. *the audience laughs* Yeah, it's that famous triangle that goes 1, 1 1, 1 2 1, 1 3 3 1, you get the drift. But you knew that already, so let's just see the next question. This one is worth $16,000 if you get it right, but if you get it wrong, you'll drop $7000. Still two lifelines. Here is question #9...
What is the term for professions responsible for making finished goods from raw materials, such as a steel worker?

Shouldn't have dropped Business as an IGCSE subject.
I have a rough guess - but I guess I'll Phone A Friend, though my only option doesn't really seem to like me that much. Hope he helps me out.

Hey, you never know. petekung might just know a thing or two about business. Right, TT&T, let's get petekung on the line, please. *the audience laughs at the blatant ripoff of the former sponsor for Phone a Friend* *the dial tone rings three times* petekung: Hello? Peachfanclub: Hello, petekung? This is Peachfanclub calling from Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Good evening! petekung: Oh, hello there! What's the question? Peachfanclub: Now... *the audience laughs* I kinda have to explain the situation here. Your friend Mete is in the chair, and he's doing rather well, but he's in dire need of your assistance... petekung: Ok. Peachfanclub: He's won $8000 and is now going for $16,000. I just want to be as clear as crystal: if you give him the wrong answer and he goes with it, you've cost him $7000. Do you understand? petekung: I got that. Peachfanclub: Excellent. Mete, lots of luck. You've all got 48 hours. Your time starts now.

Well, I know you're not sure, because I ruled that out from the start. Thanks anyway, petekung. I assume that primary industry is the job of directly getting the ore from the ground before even processing it. What I thought was that the secondary industry has to do with refining it, just like smelting molten gold into bars. I believe that the tertiary industry has to do with marketing, but then again my logic doesn't make sense. What the hell is a quaternary industry? I sat on the hot seat for 49 hours in succession with only a cup of water on the desk to live on to get my AtA results, and unfortunately my friend didn't help out much. I'd never leave a lifeline on the table, but in this instance I will because I want to have something to help me out later if I make it. If I don't, I'll leave with $1K richer than I came here with, so I will go for it. B: Secondary industry. ...... Final answer.

You went against your Phone a Friend's advice...
If you have an inkling, you've gotta go with it...
...because it's the right answer! You've won $16,000! *the audience whoops and the $16,000 win cue plays*
*the $32,000 let's play cue plays*
Yeah, the primary industry is responsible for utilizing natural resources into materials that the secondary industry makes into finished products, and the tertiary industry sells services with these products. I don't know what the hell a quaternary industry is, either. *the audience laughs*
So now, you've got $16,000. One more correct answer, Mete... and you'll have $32,000, and you'll unlock Switch the Question. But, you'll give back $15,000 if you're wrong. But it's worth a lot of money. Have a look at question #10...
Which of these modern artists specialized in expressionism?
A: Charles Sheeler B: Gustav Klutsis C: Egon Schiele D: Max Ernst

I think I can rule out one of them, but in the fear that I will influence Mr. Computer if I say what it is, I'm just going to use my 50:50 right now, final.
