For somebody might know, Thailand verson of WWTBAM? is very weird and different from the others. But that is not the only country who had make that difference too. Chinese Millionare was one of them. Recently, I found 2 part of this version's top prize loser: This is part 1: This is part 2:
I know this was recorded on when China had SARS,that is why people had to wear mask. Now I got to leave my thoughts to it:
1,15 questions, that is good, but 3 lifelines as same like the real version (1/2 is 50/50; Call out is PAF, Call in is ATA), a 40 second clock, no walkaway, and if you answered wrong, you will leave with half of the money you earn so far.
2,The fastest finger was weird to left people sit like that, it could be so easy to cheat.
How about you? Thanks for reading. And sorry if I made this poor,it is my first thread.

Based on the dollar sign used instead of the yuan sign (¥), I don't think this "loose adaptation" (i.e. complete rip-off) of Millionaire is from the People's Republic of China. I'm more leaning toward Taiwan or Hong Kong. And the show uses the same three lifelines Millionaire does, as you can see in part one.
It's interesting what elements people change and how they change them when they try to imitate Millionaire. Here, everything is just a little brighter, flashier and more colorful. God knows what rode the producers to put the FFF contestants behind the hot seat area unsymmetrically like that.

Although there may be a few resemblances to the original show, which is actually normal, there are always going to be differences compared to other international formats. But in this case, I feel it's kinda a bit more extraordinary.
