Unfortunately, on the Saturday episode, we witnessed only the 10th contestant in history (2nd in Clarkson's hosting) to leave with nothing  Wrong cue still played. Since Episode 1 of S38, they seem to have replaced the £1,000 win cue with the second-safety-net win cue. Not a fan of these cue choices. |

I know US revival also had the second milestone music on the $1,000 milestone too. I wonder if it's a permanent change to not use first five question wrong cue since the last time someone went home with nothing, it also wasn't used. |

That has to be the toughest Millionaire episode ever. I saw a spoiler someone lost a lot of money, and I knew that question, too.
I associate tortillas with Mexican cuisine. So, having never heard of a croqueta, I too, would’ve went home with nothing.
I love big money winners on Millionaire, really unfortunate episode. I was happy to see the Fastest Finger contestants back, but I fell into the trap on the question.
It’s good to have Millionaire back, what an exciting episode.

This time, you can't even tell that there were some Fastest Finger First contestants on past games. While Maria had to get changed, Jeremy must have put on some Vivienne Westwood. Or maybe not.  Better on the winnings with £112,000, though still short of the first episode. |

I would never consider a tortilla to be an "omelette". EDIT: I just looked it up. A spanish omelette is also called a "tortilla", completely unrelated to the flatbread tortillas we associate with burritos for example. Dirty dirty question. |

Thank you for the newest episode, which I thought had some straightforward questions, but I seemed to have gotten thrown off on the fracking question. It seems to me I can pull off some harder questions no problem, no matter what show I’m watching, then do something completely absent minded on an easier question.
I got the £125,000 question right, but wasn’t 100% sure. I knew it wasn’t Show Me the Money or Royale With Cheese. I knew Silence of the Lambs was 1991 and knew Hasta La Vista, Baby was Terminator, but didn’t know if it was from the 1984 movie, but remembered Judgment Day was also 1991, and had no clue what Wax On, Wax Off was from.
That second lady seemed to know stuff, but was full of doubt. Im enjoying the series. The Vivienne Westwood comment to Jeremy was entertaining, too.
It’s been too long with no Millionaire.

"They're easy to start with. I promise." That is until players get to the £1,000 question. This time, the first £1,000 question wasn't hard. You just need to pay attention as we're talking about the Sun, not the Moon. Remember that it is a £1,000 question.  When Jenni came in, the first three answers were D. I don't know what Regis Philbin would think of that... "It's done. Done. Done!" But so are you, Jenni. At least the £64,000 question was a free guess. That might be one of the funniest misses ever. |

Got another chance to watch. When I heard helium for crisp packets, I could imagine eating them before or after speaking with a "helium voice". But I like Jeremy's comment about them floating around even more. I got a bit of a laugh out of Svein almost missing the "not" in the £32,000 question, and I'm glad that Jeremy shouted NOT during the £64,000 question. |
