*q9 final answer plays*Well, you answered very quickly before I remind you that should you make a mistake, you would lose P50,000 in the process. Nonetheless, the computer narrowed down to South Africa and Israel, which you went for B. Well, exambolor, you may not get extra points for speediness, but at least you got P100,000! *q9 correct answer plays, set brightens to purple and quickly followed by q10 lights bed and goes back to dark blue*You are doing very well, exambolor, you now have P100,000 and are only 6 questions away from P2,000,000. The drops are getting steeper and steeper at this point, because this next question is for a guaranteed P150,000. If you answer that right, not only will you get P150,000, but you will also earn the Switch the Question lifeline. However, miss it and you will lose P80,000 and leave here with P20,000. Let's see how far you can go with this. Here it is, Question 10 for P150,000. *q10 bed plays(2007)*Which of these sports made its return at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games after 112 years of absence? A: cricket B: golf C: lacrosse D: skateboarding

Well I know it's not skateboarding as that is being introduced for the 2020 games.
Don't recall lacrosse being played, and I'm certain that cricket has never been played in the Olympics, but it has been played at a Commonwealth Games.
So by process of elimination that leaves golf, and I do remember golf being mentioned in the Olympics when I watched it. So I'll go with B, Final Answer.

*q10 final answer plays*Going with your process of elimination, and went for B. I can tell you this, if you said either lacrosse or skateboarding, you would have lost P80,000. You said that cricket has never been played for the Olympics. You decided with only one lifeline left on the table to go with golf. exambolor, you just won P150,000! *32,000 pound correct answer plays, set brightens to purple and quickly followed by q6 lights bed and goes to pitch black*That is now the minimum amount you can leave with tonight. *signs cheque*Here, have a look. This is a cheque with your name on it for P150,000. Pay to the order of exambolor, one hundred and fifty thousand pesos. You can keep that no matter what happens, but I will sign a cheque for a higher amount than that. You are just five questions away from P2,000,000. The fact you've gotten this far means you now also get our fourth lifeline, which is Switch the Question *ping4 plays*. You have that, along with your Phone-A-Friend. How do you feel right now? Are you feeling the nerves of steel?

I'm definitely feeling a bit more nervous now that we're into the last five. But the last couple of questions have given me a bit of confidence and having two lifelines left helps too.

Well, it should be. Right, P250,000 is the highest amount we have given away in this version, thanks to millionaireloveruk. Let's see if you can tie him up or surpass him. You are five questions away from P2,000,000 with two lifelines remaining. Question 11 is for P250,000, you might as well play, you can't lose anything, it's a free shot. Here's the question for P250,000.
*q11 bed plays(2007)*
Introduced in the 1960s and still popular in the American South, what brand of softdrink was often served hot with a lemon during the holidays? A: 7-Up B: Pepsi C: Dr. Pepper D: Coca-Cola

I have a hunch on this one, but I don't want to risk it just yet.
I would like to phone a friend

Not going to risk it, huh? Very well. *q11 bed stops, Phone-A-Friend standby cue plays*I will put him on the line. (host picks up phone, dials, rings 3 times before millionairefan64 responds) millionairefan64: Hello? jceurovision: Hello, millionairefan64. millionairefan64: Yes. jceurovision: This is jceurovision calling from "Who Wants to be A Millionaire" in Manila. millionairefan64: Oh, how can I help you? jceurovision: Well, I'm here with exambolor on the hot seat. He is on a roll right now, but he is stuck on a question valued at P250,000. millionairefan64: Wow, that's a lot of money to play with. jceurovision: I know. Do you know about food and drink? millionairefan64: Probably, but why? jceurovision: This question falls under that category, and he needs your help. millionairefan64: What's the deal, then? jceurovision: I will hand the phone to exambolor and the next voice you hear will be his, he'll tell you the question and four possible answers. One of them will tie millionaireloveruk, the other three will leave him with P150,000. Okay? millionairefan64: Yes, let's do this! jceurovision: Right, I will hand the phone to him, so please wait until I give the signal. (host gives the phone to exambolor) OK, exambolor, millionairefan64 is on the line. This question is worth P250,000 and you have 30 seconds to make his response on the question. Let's put 30 seconds on the clock, please. I wish you both good luck, and your time starts now. *Phone-A-Friend countdown cue plays*

"Phone a friend clock starts"
Hi examboler, I'm leaning towards Pepsi because i've heard of hot pepsi before actually, not necessary with lemon however, I know 7-up has lemon in it but I never heard of that exactly being served warm. So my guess would be B: Pepsi, about 60% sure, good luck.

Well, he said it was Pepsi but he is about 60% sure. You could go with your friend's answer, go with your gut, use the Switch the Question lifeline, or you could walk out of here right now with P150,000.

That confirms my suspicions about the answer. Coca Cola and Pepsi wouldn't taste that good warm. 7-Up does have a lemon flavour, but the question implies that the lemon is seperate from the drink.
My first instinct was Dr Pepper. Dr Pepper has the kind of ingredients that would go well warm. So through that process of elimination (takes breath)
C- Dr Pepper, final answer.

*q6 final answer plays, audience in shock*Going AGAINST your friend, huh? Good luck, then. Look at the question. "Introduced in the 1960s and still popular in the American South, what brand of softdrink was often served hot with a lemon during the holidays?" Well, if you would have gone for either 7-Up or Coca-Cola, you would have still won P150,000. It is down between Pepsi and Dr. Pepper. exambolor... YOU JUST WON P250,000! *q11 correct answer plays, set brightens to purple, audience cheers, and quickly followed by q7 lights bed and goes back to pitch black*Bright as a holiday songfest, Hot Dr Pepper is the proud crowd's festive way to welcome friends and guests. They like to relax, refresh and enjoy the Dr Pepper difference. Now, take a look at this: That is what you've done so far. You currently have a cheque for P250,000, but I can replace it with an even higher number. You are now just four correct answers away from winning P2,000,000. You can switch the question if you want to, but this is the point where the drops are starting to get extremely high, because if you give me a wrong answer on this next one, you will lose P100,000. Get this one right, however, you will become the highest winner ever in the Philippine version of the Millionaire Fans' RPG. Feel free to take your time. Have a look at Question 12 of 15 for P400,000. *q12 bed plays(2007)*The name of what restaurant chain was originally preceded by the prefix "Insta-"? A: Burger King B: McDonald's C: Wendy's D: Sonic Drive-In

Okay, no harm, no foul. We have to Switch the Question. *Switch the Question cue plays* That question is now out of play and the computer will replace with another one. Just to be sure, what would have been your final answer?
