Again, I assume you mean the wickets as in all three of them and not each individual stump. I’m pretty sure the stumps have a total width of 9 inches, if I remember right.

As an umpire, I think that would usually require a quiet word with them to begin with, so I’ll say level 1 but it may be level 2. I’ll say level 1.
