WWTBAM returns in Romania. The premiere is on November 5. The studio is similar to the one we had the opportunity to see in the UK. However, classic shapes have been preserved. I do not like the fact that the logo on the "main" screen is not mobile. Looks like they won't have FFF, but I'm ok with that.
I'm really surprised that the set takes inspiration from the "20th anniversary" UK's, but still keeps some classic designs.
But the "host entrance" screen looks too small compared to other "fellow" screens. And the logo isn't fully animated.

This looks quite promising. It is interesting to see that the Roman version is taking inspriration from the 20th Anniversary celebration, which can especially be seen by the studio and possibly the question graphics, since I assume that the Roman version of WWTBAM will be based on the classic format.
Speaking of the studio, I have to say that I highly respect how the particular lighting is used to interact with the situation in the episodes: for example, in the first video, when the Klaxon sound was playing in the background, the staircase, including the lights at the ceiling and the logo were completely changed, which I believe fits quite well to symbolize that the time is up and that the contestant is no longer eligable to play in the same episode.
In my opinion, the trailers for the premiere of Roman WWTBAM are also done very well, since they give the audience a look into what they're about to see of the show in the future and build up suspense and excitement, which delivers quite a good impression of the premiere of Roman Millionaire's return.

I have to say I'm quite disappointed either. No idea why they use the "Hot Seat crossover" cue for the host entrance. Well, this feels somewhat "overused". I thought the set would be a good point but no... Too bright... And the closing titles... Well, looks like the producers are F&F fans LOL. |
