Studio audience, are you ready to go?
You're ready, the audience is ready, I'm ready. So, let's play Who Wants to be A Millionaire!
*audience cheers, lights go down, lights down effect plays and set turns sky blue in color*
Well, good luck. These first questions are an appetizer for what's best to come. For P1,000, Question 1.

I don't know this one for a fact. Maybe I should use a lifeline, but like I said, I'm probably not going to do that well.
The first three don't make sense. It's the second question and I'm probably over thinking it. Let's just go with D and make it my final answer.

*answer turns orange* Avoiding to use one of the lifelines, you got yourself P3,000. *answer turns green, audience applause*
Two down, thirteen more to go. Take a look at the next one for P5,000.

*answer turns orange* Right for P5,000. *answer turns green, audience applause*
You have P5,000, but let's double that to P10,000. Question 4 of 15.

*answer turns orange* You got yourself P10,000. Nicely done. *answer turns green, audience applause*
You have all three lifelines remaining, but this is the last question where you could go home with nothing. You are 11 questions away from P2,000,000, this one is for a guaranteed P20,000.
Which of the following would you not associate with eggs? A: scrambled B: hard boiled C: brewed D: sunny side up

*answer turns orange* Brewed goes well with coffee. You just won P20,000! *1,000 pound correct answer plays followed by lights, set turns dark blue*
Well, you now have P20,000 and you're cruising right along. Don't forget, you keep the P20,000 no matter what because you can't leave with less than that. Now, you said that you are a sports journalist. What sports, in particular, do you follow the most?

|
|

Well, I like baseball, football and hockey. I cover baseball, softball, football and basketball a ton. I also sometimes cover wrestling, cross country, track, golf and tennis, too, but mostly the first four.

Well, I can say, that sports journalists are difficult because not only you would deal with the players and coaching staff, but also the fans since there are a lot of incidents of hooliganism around, but I hope you would put them to good use. And, one more thing, P2,000,000 is equal to almost $40,000, which is more than enough for charity donations and a nice lovely trip, but who knows? All depends on your performance.
So, you now have P20,000, and all three lifelines are still intact. It could be four should you make it pass the P150,000 level. As I said before, the first five are the appetizers, now let's get to the main course, because the questions are about to get harder. For P35,000, have a look at Question 6 of 15.

The logo of what reality-competition show depicts a hand holding a microphone? A: The Amazing Race B: Dancing With the Stars C: Big Brother D: The Voice
|
|
|
Post by millionairenut on Jan 24, 2019 23:05:57 GMT -5
I don't watch reality TV competition shows. I used to when I was younger, but not anymore.
I do think there will be a time when an answer to one of these questions is too obvious, but I don't see that being the case here. I don't think I've ever seen a microphone in the Amazing Race logo. I think Dancing With the Stara has a ballroom type ball in its logo. Big Brother I think has a house.
So, despite the fact that I've never watched the Voice in my life, it does make sense as it is a singing competition, and I'll make the Voice my final answer.

*q6 final answer plays* Oh, you seem quite sure. Well, it IS The Voice for P35,000. Well done. *q6 correct answer plays, set brightens to purple and quickly followed by q7 lights bed and goes back to dark blue*
You now have P35,000, but there are 9 away from breaking the bank. Remember, as the money starts to go higher, the drops are starting to go steeper soon should you make a wrong move. You have all three lifelines in play, so have a look at Question 7 for P50,000.
