I think there must be some sort of checkbox when a new user signs up "I plan on spamming this site" that you can check and when you do, it suggests which threads to post in so as to successfully annoy the members of the site (e.g. threads that have proven to successfully annoy others in the past).

I kid, of course. All in good fun, GSK. 

Now, if you could write code for a hand that comes out of the monitor of a troublemaking user and slaps them, I'd be sorely tempted to reconsider.
