I actually animated it!  In the Olga van den Brandt version, the blue and golden rings also rotate, in the UK version, only the background moves. Have fun! The video is here: To animate the background in PPT, I just added two stars with a different number of jags in black and made them rotate in different diractions! Could you do a version where the euros shrink and turn a different colour when the lights down music is played? Thanks |

Your work is brilliant. Your logos and animations are so close to the actual ones that I have a hard time believing that you don’t actually create the official graphics for the show. And you created these graphics in PowerPoint (I assume based on your previous replies)?! If you don’t mind sharing, what is your secret to making these graphics look so close to the original?
PS I’m a noob at graphics, so sorry in advance if that was a dumb question

Thank you so much, greenorcs! Yes, I created them all in PPT! My PPT-presentations are years old and I always try to improve the graphics I already have to make them look as accurate as possible. I use the pipette tool very often to find the exact colors. And for the question lozenges I created seperate shapes (or, to be precise, several 'layers'), that I save as graphics (so that they can't get lost) and use them as fill colors for the lozenges. So the 'secret' behind my work is: time and patience. In 2018, when I first created the new UK graphics, I thought "That looks nice!", but when I looked at them a few months later, I thought that they needed some improvements. And thats basically what I do with all my graphic packages (WWTBAM, The Chase, DOND, etc.). I hope that answers your question! (This is my 100th post, yay!) |
