Personally, I don’t want the Rave cues for this version. If they’re going to recycle older cues, I’d prefer either the original music or (preferably) an unclocked variation on the Clock score.

i somehow have a feeling that Rave might be actually the most predictable one, since the revivals around the globe were most likely under this new "brand design" with that Dutch Opening beeing used in Netherlands, Denmark, Chile, Croatia. There is a chance that they could go back to classic soundtracks. since the hint would be "20th Anniversary". UK did the same with that. If they would reuse the 10th anniversary celeb beds, that would be cool as well. About the format... i think it will definitly return to the old styled game it was at the beginning. 15 Questions, 3(or 4) lifelines, 2 Safetynets & NO CLOCK and RANDOMISING. Whatever they do, my WWTBAM US channel youtube.com/MillionaireWanted38/ continues the collection of WWTBAM US Episodes. So they will be definitly available for everyone (somehow else if they strike em down)

But it would be nice if they used the format based on the UK's 20th Anniversary tho.

There better not be any stupid rave music. That's all I'm saying on that matter!

I just hope that there will NOT be any Shuffle music.

Why do a lot of people dislike the Rave cues? Honestly they are way better than the Shuffle ones. And Rave is most likely anyways.

It’s because critics of the Rave music feel that using Rave “takes away the drama”. If anything the Shuffle music succeeded in doing just that.

If they were going to use a non-shuffle soundtrack then I hope they would use the original ones and not just settle for the Rave ones.

They just don’t fit the show tonally at all, even if some of the individual tracks succeed out of context. The original, clocked, and Super Millionaire scores, meanwhile, are all superb and match the tones of their respective formats perfectly.

Man, the Super Millionaire ones were absolutely fantastic. It only makes sense that a lot of them were reused for the Clock Format run, though I'm still bummed that none of the remixed Q1-Q5 themes never got a prominent role (outside of the occasional commercial stinger). The deep monks version remains one of my favorite Strachan cues of all time, together with the Double Dip themes. They do such a magnificent job at building drama.

I didn't like the Rave cues before too. I always prefered Classic over Rave. But since some of the versions that I watch on TV in the languages I speak (Croatian, Dutch, Slovenian) use Rave cues, however the other two languages (British, German (Germany and Austria)) use Classic cues. So I kinda got used to the Rave cues and I started liking them. They do add drama but not as much as Classic cues do. I would rather prefer them using Rave and the intro made by Olga van den Brandt (Netherlands, Croatia etc) but i'm completely fine with the Classic cues.
