Right, it’s definitely not London, because the numbering system is as far as I know only really used in the United States.
I’m not very acquainted with US geography, but, when I think of LA, Rodeo Drive is the first thing that comes to mind.
Washington DC just doesn’t ring any bells except that Congress is there, so I’ll say New York.

Okay, so I know Heroine and Fentanyl are definitely classified as narcotics, but I’m not 100% sure on Cocaine and Quinine.
