Early 1900s, so that would imply 1908, I guess. Somehow I was leaning towards that date, as I know it coincides with the tail end of Roosevelt's Presidency. Maybe it makes sense that one of our most popular Presidents would have had something to do with founding the FBI…

Ok, I think I can reason my way to the answer here. Miley Cyrus has been in the public eye for at least a decade and a half now. As far as I know, her first big role was as the titular Hannah Montana, which I think premiered no later than 2006, maybe a year or two earlier. Even in the show's first season, I find it hard to believe she was less than 13 years old at the start of taping.
