Actually, I know what does "23 + 5" mean.

Stated on his own site, 23 means for WWTBAM's 23rd anniversary and 5 for Blackpink's 5th anniversary

Also based on his site, there will be 11 questions, five about Blackpink and six about WWTBAM.

The 10th question would for $1 million, but since this would be a Super High-Risk version, the final question would go for $10 million.
