I don't know the answer itself, so I'm going to use process of elimination. It's not $15, because both C and D must mean something large. It's not $200 or $600, because now that I think about it, I remember C being 100, and that would make D 300 or 700 respectively, and there's no Roman numeral for that.
C, $400, final answer.

Usually silver would be in a higher place than bronze. But here there is no silver, and I don't remember either silver or bronze as a certification, so bronze would be my final answer.
