Usually when I've used lifelines like PAF or ATA, that means I don't know anything about the question. And this time too, I'm going to believe the audience and choose B as the final answer.

The audience just won you $100,000! 3 questions away from $1,000,000 and he's got 3 lifelines remaining. He can use a lifeline for each question. But here it comes for $250,000.
Which Best Director Oscar winner was originally set to direct Gone With the Wind before being replaced by Victor Fleming? A: Michael Curtiz B: Frank Capra C: George Cukor D: Vincenti Minnelli

Oscar? As for movies, I have absolutely no knowledge of it, so I'd like to call my friend.

Don't worry i know it and it's not april fools joke
The original director was fired shortly after filming began, and was replaced by Fleming, who in turn was briefly replaced by Sam Wood while taking some time off due to exhaustion was George Cukor
And since you're doing great ill let you win $1 MILLION
So it's George Cukor 80%

* PAF end early * Thank you and I will trust you absolutely. George Cukor, final answer.

It's a big one isn't it. You could lose $75,000. But you have not lost that amount of money. YOU'VE JUST WON A QUARTER OF A MILLION! 2 questions away from $1,000,000 and still with 2 lifelines 50:50 and Double Dip. So far, nobody in my days of hosting RPGs of Who Wants to be a Millionaire has won $500,000 or the big $1,000,000. But this is question #14 of a possible 15 worth $500,000.

50:50 indeed. veljkogames550, let's take away 2 incorrect answers. Let's leave for tarrantnam the correct answer and the remaining incorrect answer.

I originally planned to choose either B or D emotionally (because I thought the other two were never prisoners or even participated in war). But when D is eliminated, I'll make the only choice left. Andrew Jackson, lock it in.

YOU'VE JUST WON $500,000! Unbelievable man. Here's the scenario. You're guaranteed $25,000. At this moment you have $500,000. You still have 1 lifeline left and that is the Double Dip. A wrong answer costs you $475,000 but if you get this next one right, you win $1,000,000. Have a look at question #15 of 15.
Which author wrote novels during his time at Harvard Medical School under the pseudonym John Lange? A: Michael Crichton B: Robert Ludlum C: Thomas Harris D: James Patterson

It seems that the last questions are all about the subject of art... And I'm not a person of art, and I have no knowledge of this field. Double Dip with me right now, of course, is an excessive risk, so I'm withdrawing $ 500,000, final answer.

I don't blame you at all. tarrantnam is walking away with $500,000! But if you had decided to play this question, what would you have said?
