No it's not a bug. Just that the host asked the contestant to give the correct answer before the four possible answers... and he succeed, so as the german host knows how to do it, he made the "Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhh!" thing, they locked the answer and got it right. That's all!

That's why I have fun when I watch the German Millionaire. Günther Jauch is really great as host! He's poking the contestant, playing (greatly) on the "too much" reactions to entertain the audience... he's in my top 3 hosts, with Regis for all the play-by-play, and Chris Tarrant!

Exactly! Look at situation, when contestant sat on his chair by a mistake. In most versions that scene would look like this:
Host comes to player and says: Excuse me, that's my chair. And then, they just do a re-take.
Guenther actually managed to turn this into a joke.
