It's not Italy, because they had a euromillionaire back in 2004. It's not Mexico. Poland or Costa Rica... hard choice. I'll take a guess, Costa Rica, Final Answer, because I think maybe Costa Rica Was After Poland or mexico... Final Answer, B!
