Who wants to be a millionaire used to have their prizes lump-sum but since its now an annual pay I'd have to say

The answer is A. Yuri Andropov was After Brezhnev. I think Gorbachev was leasing USSR on the late 80's... My Final answer is A!

And the answer was...... Brezhnev! Stalin was the leader before him, Andropov just after (and for only a year - he died), and Gorbatchev was the last one before the end of the Communist system.
