So what are we going to be planning to do, should we plan this all out, or should we let RegisFan make a decision of what we should do?

I haven't heard from RegisFan, so we may have to plan this out ourselves. I really like this Europe show and American show idea, and since things still aren't entirely clear, this is what I suggest we do...
The shows would start tomorrow, and would be broadcasted on a network like TinyChat or Ustream. Estimated times:
European Show: Starts at 5:00 PM GMT. U.S. Show: Starts at 4:00 PM EST.
How does that sound?

That looks like it'll work, but I will tell you that RegisFan usually gets on around 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM forum time, so he may say something else.
But yeah that'll work really well! I probably will attend both and I am pretty excited for it!

Here are some conversions of time if you'd like to attend either one.
Euope Show: 10:00 AM PST (and Arizona) 11:00 AM MDT 12:00 PM CST 1:00 PM EST 7:00 AM Sydney, Australia 6:00 PM London, England 7:00 PM Paris, France
US Show: 1:00 PM PST (and Arizona) 2:00 PM MDT 3:00 PM CST 10:00 AM Sydney, Australia 9:00 PM London, England 10:00 PM Paris, France
If you want any more time zone conversions, just tell me! I hope this helped!

Okay, so we've got the times sorted out. So, now we need to determine what website to use, if we should use graphics during the show, or just do audio and then add the graphics later (make a video), and what role who plays.
We don't have much time, so...

Well TinyChat allows people to view desktops, so for that reason, I think it would work better, that way nobody has to set up a screen capture and send it through Skype, and we can do a combination of audio/text and the graphics.
I would like to be the host for the US version if it's possible, and I would prefer to do just text (sorry I have always been uncomfortable to do it any other way).

Okay...who's a prominent user in Europe that could host the Europe show?
Personally, I'd like to be one of the contestants in the U.S. version. I also agree with Tinychat, just two people talking and the "audience" or whatever in the chatbox.
And leimeisei, just wondering, have you released the timed Flash millionaire game that you showed off on Youtube? Maybe we could use it during the broadcast.

I know my stuff's kinda gotten old and outdated but feel free to use anything software-wise that I've ever released, if you need anything.

But you have one of the best fan games out there! It is great, and with your new game that you are making, it'll be absolutely amazing.
Anyways I think that FrankT would be a good Europe host for the show, but we'll have to see.

Wow! Things certainly move along quickly when I'm not around. I was in New York, everyone, attending the first taping of the all-new US version of "Millionaire." See my set report if you want more details.
I'm flattered that you guys are going out of your way to honor the fifth anniversary of this site! I never imagined "Millionaire Fans" would get this big, and it's been great watching the fan community grow over the past five years.
I apologize for missing so much of this conversation. I'm exhausted from my trip, but I wanted to get my two cents in before turning in for the night. I've missed a lot, so if I'm completely missing the mark, just let me know. The live chat idea is extremely ambitious. My concern is that it excludes many members of the site who can't be present for the taping. We're an international community, and I think that it's incredibly hard to organize something "live" that everyone can enjoy.
Perhaps we can combine the concept of the RPG and the live production together to really do something special that all fans can enjoy. What if we held a HUGE site RPG, in which everyone who wants to take part can do so, no matter where he or she lives or when he or she is available. Then, after it's over, the entire community can work together to produce our own episode of "Millionaire," made by the fans, for the fans. We can utilize our talented fan game creators and video producers to make a product for the entire international community. The RPG would be like the script, and the video would set it all in motion. We could have polls to pick which rules and lifelines we want to use, plan everything out, and create the episode of "Millionaire" that we've all wanted to see for so long.
That being said, if you guys are dead set on the live performance, I don't see why it shouldn't happen. I'm just throwing things out there like you guys. I think that, whatever we choose, it should be a community decision, not just the choice of a few. Perhaps we should throw out more ideas. Whatever we choose, it's going to need a lot of organization, so we shouldn't try to rush anything.
Anyway, I'm sleep deprived, so I hope that was coherent. I'm really touched that you guys noticed the anniversary and want to do something special.

I agree with Regisfan on this one. So, should we cancel the live shows today?

I'm not too worried about them, to be honest. But you do as you wish.
