It takes some work on a PSD in photoshop, with that create different pictures like a regular pic, then another with a final answer picture and another with the correct answer pic. Then bring all to a great video editor like Sony Vegas and animate the whole thing.

But before bringing all to Sony Vegas, you have to export the animation from PSD. So what kind of animation have you exported ? (GIF, SWF, TGA, ...). My version of Adobe Photoshop doesn't allow me to export into TGA.

No auto animation, I export them in PNG files and animate in sony vegas because GIFs horribly degrade your quality, SWF files require flash graphics, TGA... huh?

No auto animation, I export them in PNG files and animate in sony vegas. So if your video's length is 15 seconds, and with 25 fps, you must export 375 PNG files and then arrange them into the timeline. When we play the video, the result is similar in your youtube clip ? |

haha! Its not frame-by-frame animation! Sony Vegas specializes in animation, its called video creation! I think I'll upload a video on how I did it later on cause I don't know how to explain it professionally speaking.
