So, I've recently discovered the simplest way to take a piece of video and format the video itself to an animated gif file and upload as an avatar. This took some time, as I was never the most knowledgable with pictures, motion, and files of that sort. I've tried different *mov to gif* or *avi to gif* websites, and they all involve uploading several pictures you'd want to have put together into an animated gif. They just didn't work out. I've uploaded a YouTube video to show you the website I used and how easy it was to do this. I made my new avatar yesterday I used Sony Vegas to edit the movie and Ulead gif animator to make it a .gif file Do you guys like it?
