Hi Guys!
With season 10 here, it's time for my YouTube channel to get an overhaul. The grey scheme was nice a few years ago, but with the popularity of my channel it just doesn't fit anymore. I've seen a ton of fantastic creativity from this board, so I want one of YOU to help redesign the channel. Specifically, I am looking for a new background image that fits the theme of the channel nicely. That said, I thought it would be a fun idea to have a little contest. The winner will receive an official MillionaireTV T-Shirt from my collection (hasn't been worn, at least by me anyways) and have their art displayed on my channel for all to see! Here's some general information about my channel:

Please understand that because of the popularity of the channel, I am going to be quite selective with the winning image. If nothing feels like it's going to work the way I am hoping, a winner may not be declared. In that case, no submitted artwork will be used, but I'm sure that will not be the case with you guys! Tip: Abstract art is probably the best way to go with this contest - it's your art, though, so be as creative as you want within the rules!

Contest Rules
- Contest begins September 5, 2011 12:00am CST and ends October 4, 2011 11:59pm CST.
- Artwork must be of your original creation from scratch - no logos or images of any kind that you did not create.
- Final image size must not exceed 256Kb.
Author may watermark the extreme lower right hand corner with their name if they wish. Such watermark must be in text only and must not exceed 13px in front size and be no more than 40% opacity.
To enter, send your artwork to MechContest@gmail.com with "Contest Entry" in the subject line. You may enter multiple times with different art, but they must be sent separately in different eMails. JPGs and PNGs are the only formats accepted. Please be sure to put your Name in the eMail and your board username as well, preferably.
Please also note that the winning image will not be "repeated" on the YouTube channel (ie. it will not duplicate itself multiple times to fill the entire page) so please plan for this when creating your image. Please also consider that the channel's viewport is in the middle of the screen and will block any artwork behind it from view.
Entries will be judged on the following points:
- Color scheme - Does it flow well and "feel" like Millionaire?
- Quality - Does the image look professional? Did you use MS Paint or Photoshop? It needs to look outstanding!
- Eye-Catching - This image will represent and set the tone for my channel to be seen by hundreds of thousands (even millions) of people. It needs to attract their attention and help them enjoy the channel.
The Prize
The winner will be contacted by eMail and will receive an official Millionaire T-Shirt once their mailing address is verified. The shirt is sized XL (only size available when I acquired it), black with the old Millionaire logo and "MillionaireTV.com" link.
The winner will also be announced (and acknowledged) on my YouTube channel with a broadcast message sent to my subscribers.
