Suggestions for Millionaire UK to boost ratings?

The first reason why they've done specials is because the ratings for the regular episodes plummeted. They only got around 3.5M viewers for the last regular episodes (aka The Big Bad Clock)

I think, right now the British are bored with Millionaire. ITV (if they would like to do another civilian Millionaire) should either go the old-fashioned way, or make some really extreme, new, exciting changes. But Millionaire is better than High Stakes, the game show that now occupies Millionaire's timeslot (I believe). First episode of High Stakes are watched by only 2.2M, even lower compared to the regular Millionaire. As I don't know what's the usual viewership during the said timeslot, I could not compare it with another show on the same timeslot's rating, but the obvious thing is: Millionaire is better than High Stakes (or Chris Tarrant is better than Jeremy Kyle? I don't know).
