I have tried to sleep for hours and I cannot seem to fall asleep. I feel like I woke up and reeady to do something. This happens only a few times a year. One is near my birthday, one is in the spring time, and the last one happens at any time. All I can find on the internet are people who have this all the time. Any solutions, thoughts?
It was my birthday party yesterday(as I write this)aswell.

Well happy belated birthday to you. Have you spoken to someone about this sleeping problem?

It's natural to have a few rough nights out of the year. As long as its not happening like once a week it shouldn't really matter.
