Hey guys! I have a question: how do you make curved text in PowerPoint 2007? For example, the 'Who Wants To Be A' text on the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire logos. I know that you can go to Drawing Tools: Format, Text Effects, then Transform, then resize the box to adjust the curvature, but is there an easier way to do it in PowerPoint 2007? I also have GIMP, so if anyone can tell me using step-by-step instructions on how to make curved text easier when I am doing Who Wants To Be A Millionaire logo designs using PowerPoint 2007 or GIMP, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Zachary wwtbamfan as far as i know, thats is the only way. I do not use PowerPoint anymore for my projects. Any way to do it without using PowerPoint? I don't have the product code You can use programs like Adobe Photoshop/Fireworks, Adobe After Effects to make the curves. I used both Photoshop and After Effects to make my intro animation. I think the easiest for me is to use After Effects. As for my 3D logo I used 3DS MAX and there is a modify tool that can bend the text in three dimensions. My 3D logo in my GIF picture. |
