Mostly anything Regis related was funny in my book. I remember one episode a female contestant was trying to teach him sign language I believe it was and Regis was trying to copy a few things that were Millionaire related. One of the things I remember was him twirling his finger in the air which I believe was to symbolize her being right or something like that. He just made it really funny since he couldn't get it quite right but he gave it his best shot.

Then who can forget Ken Basin's million dollar question blunder? Of course Regis made it funny when he went to ask the audience and Regis says, "Okay audience, just remember this! We're going for a million dollars here! We're not playing any games!" He could make any situation funny. XD
