Are They Ready For Their Cash-Tucker Trial? 9th November at 9pm on ITV1 They’ve survived all forms of creepy crawlies, bed bugs and even tasted the finest jungle delicacies but to celebrate the new series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, a host of former contestants will step into Chris Tarrant’s hot seat to try and win the magic million for their chosen charities & a lucky viewer at home - Live! Stepping into the spotlight are the 2003 and 2004 jungle winners, funnyman Joe Pasquale and former England cricketer and much-loved TV and radio presenter Phil Tufnell. Joe will be aiming to hit the jackpot for drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre Focus12 while Phil will be playing for Teenage Cancer Trust but will the pair of Kings hit for six or will they be bowled out before their target? Joe said: “I'm very excited about doing WWTBAM but nervous about it being live, I need to make sure I don't swear if we lose the money!”

Jeez, I find those live specials incredibly annoying. People complain that Super Mix isn't Millionaire for them, well, neither is this. I don't find it the least bit exciting. Nobody wins more than £75,000, Chris reminds the couples of where they stand after each single question and having a third couple is simply stupid. The first two played for almost 40 minutes leaving the last two 5. And even then Chris doesn't stop saying:"Right, you're going for xxx. You still have all your lifelines. Take a look at this.", he just says it faster. If they invited just two couples in the first place and did their calling a viewer, answering a question, winning half of the money-thingy, the time would be better spent, and in fact also the money. I doubt that the celebrities are going on the show for free.

I agree, absolutely! It's almost routine by now! Every month we go through this ridiculous charade: two people come on, win £75k, another two come on, win £75k, a third don't even have time to talk about themselves and have barely enough to get up to £5k! Well, I've had it! I'm sorry, but this time they've taken it too far!

In my opinion - Christmas episode will be the last... I would like to see more non-celebrity episodes like,,The people play"

This is the second time that ATA doesn't work in live. I think this lifeline will be replaced.

Why would they get rid of a lifeline just because of technical difficulties? I doubt it's going anywhere. It's the most popular lifeline in the world.

Technical difficulties happen, it's not that it never works. The only difference here is that because it's live, they can't "cut, edit, and just fix it and go again" Simple.
