A few random thoughts popped into my head earlier today, apologies if these questions have been answered before:
1. I know that they used regular multiple choice questions at first for the Fastest Finger First round in the UK. When did they switch to placing answers in the right order?
2. Has there been any other country using a variant on Fastest Finger First besides Australia (which, correct me if I'm wrong, had their own unique twist on FFF for a while, if I recall correctly)?
Thanks!

1. I can't state it as fact but I have a feeling that since Australia was one of the first countries (even before the US) to pick up Millionaire, they and the UK had traditional questions. I want to say that once the US came around, they mixed it up a bit and the UK liked it and changed to it soon after but Australia kept the original version around for a while before switching over to what we now know as the fastest finger competition.
2. I don't believe there are any more "variations" per say but I know some countries changed the music around a bit. For instance the UK had their own version of the "Read FFF Question" sound and the US made their own edit. Upon winning the competition, the US used the "Question 10 Correct" and the UK used "Question 5 Correct" while Russia used the "Little Quitter" and Australia used "Walkaway Full." When nobody got the question correct, the US kept the background music playing, the UK just did a cold stop of the music, and Russia used the drumroll fanfare. As for variations of the specific format, I believe you got the only two: traditional multiple choice questions and "arrange these whatever..." questions.
Of course, I could have missed a thing or two, so I'd be interested to know what anyone else has to say.
