Is that Azerbaijan's version? I know they've got a TINY set.

Why do I wanna say it's Armenian?

Cool video. IMO, the amount of advertising is pretty ridiculous, although I found 12:10 funny.
Since we're on the topic, who's got the biggest set?

Yep, that's the Armenian version. I'll be taking a class about Old Armenian next semester, maybe I'll understand what they're talking about then The Afghan version has a pretty diminutive set too: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wa-BIIgdH9AI couldn't find a video but there's also a version where the lifelines have a rectangle shape instead of oval. Their set is tiny too and they don't have the mirror paper floor. It could be the Azerbaijan version, not sure though. It's hard to guess which one's the biggest. The UK set always looked pretty spacious to me, but they all look bigger than they really are.

I remember seeing a set that was big, it also wasn't flat. The glass was on an incline. I'll post the video on here when I find it. edit: I found the video that I was talking about www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht2rgdulZus

That set's pretty big, boogyman. I think the Italian set was pretty big too, IIRC.

Oh yes, I would have to agree with that.

I love the way each lifeline is sponsored in the Armenian version and that the contestant drinks his orange juice or whatever it is when the host talks about it! It's not as if they would need a brand to provide the removal of two wrong answers for 50:50! This would never happen in France for example, where it's forbidden to name brands during a program (we have actually some weird rules about advertisement in programmes). There's one thing that I don't understand (apart from the language ^^) is why there are flickering lamps under the glass floor, that must be annoying when you're on the set or in the audience when there are only lights on the host and the contestant! For the Afghan version, the music is completely misused! First, the lady is completely out of sync during the "meet the contestants" segment, then it's the winning cue from the final "third" of the game which appears from nowhere and the FFF think music awfully cut and then there are a lot of other mistakes. I know that they don't have as much money as ABC, ITV or TF1 (o tame a few) to produce millionaire but I think that playing the right music at the right moment isn't that complicated... On the last video, I love how the center stage is raised, it makes it even more dramatic and it makes the contestant feel exposed, which is the way the original set was intended! Idolsfan
