HELP!!!!!!!!! I'm having the worst time here. GSK is threatening me with his hurtful words. He keeps on putting me down. I'm starting to do the right thing ever since my last audition, but he would never listen. I want your opinion. I need some respect. I need justice. I need FRIENDS!!!!!! HELP ME!!!! |

As for you, I made it pretty clear that I was willing to sit back and wait for you to be part of this community genuinely, but as I said, it is of my personal opinion you shot yourself in the foot with your "Fine. Just wait a while. I'll get that membership." post.
Additionally, this 'cry for justice' certainly doesn't put you in a good light, because you honestly had it coming. You failed to heed the advice of several members in your first audition.
I'm pulling out of this discussion as I don't need the additional stress from someone who is acting like a five year old. If one of the staff members has a problem with my participation in both this and the second audition threads, please feel free to talk to me about it in a private message. |

So much for pulling out of the conversation. Just got this private message from powerdude.  Yes, he actually did tell me "Please trust me. If you don't, then I'll tell everyone that you've been terrible to me."
Another previous private message, he also stated " Be nice to me. I want respect. And if you don't feel this way, then I'll tell Regisfan about you're rudeness to me and he might ban you from the boards."
Emphasis is mine. I can provide full page screenshots if anyone doubts these lines or the image above.
Look, I don't want to contribute any more to this conversation, but if powerdude411 keeps sending me messages like this or indirectly threatens me privately, then I will expose those messages publicly. Unfortunately, I deal with people like this almost daily, so if you're trying to made me scared or angry, you're causing a completely different effect. I'm actually laughing with pretty much everything you say to me.
And for reference, my message to him which is partially visible in the image:

powerdude411, "Ask the Administration" is not the place to call out other members for allegedly breaking the rules. This situation really should have been handled strictly through private messages with myself and GSK. Furthermore, sending PMs to 14 different members in an attempt to rally them to your cause is a blatant abuse of the PM system. They're called "private" messages for a reason. In sending PMs to 14 different members, you've involved all of us in a monstrous PM chain that serves no purpose other than to crowd up our inboxes.
I have received numerous complaints from the other members about your behavior, powerdude. You impatience with the Fan Games auditioning process has not gone unnoticed. Despite repeated suggestions from other members to participate on the boards and get to know the community after your first premature audition, you auditioned again after hardly any time had passed after only engaging the community on a minimum level.
GSK never actually attacked you. He merely pointed out that you had botched the audition process and failed to follow the rules for the auditioning procedure set forth clearly on the boards and repeated to you numerous times by several different members. The most GSK can be accused of is being rather blunt with his comments in your audition thread. While GSK did not break any rules, it wouldn't hurt to remind everyone here that a negative vote and succinct reason for that vote is all that's required for audition thread feedback. We've had issues with audition threads becoming too emotional in the past, and I don't want to see them resurface.
I think what's most disturbing about this whole mess, though, is your habit of messaging members of this board and insisting upon your trustworthiness. My staff and I, along with GSK, have all received PMs from you in which you insist that you can be trusted. That doesn't exactly scream of trustworthiness. It screams of desperation and impatience. Furthermore, this post you made in your second audition thread...
...seems a bit like a threat to the entire community to me.
The Fan Games Sharing Center contains the hard work of some of the most talented members of our community. Those same members want their work protected. powerdude, the way you're stirring up trouble across the boards and drawing attention to yourself, I just can't see those members trusting you with their work. Your behavior must change. Quickly. If it does not, I will have to take disciplinary action.

I'm really sorry. I'm was really mad. I wanted to audition as a game show creator. That's why I did the second audition. I had a powerpoint to share but I accidentally deleted it. I did some powerpoints for other game shows, but that doesn't count. I'm sorry. I will do the right thing. And I will follow your rules. Please forgive me.

We all have days like that. I suggest going ahead and recreating your PowerPoint creation and when the time comes, re-audition and explain what kind of creation you have and why you really want access to the fangames section. Something that might help you out is if you create a very limited demo and release it to the board to show you're serious. Are you working on a Millionaire PowerPoint or do you have other gameshows you're interested in? One of our members created a 1 vs 100 game and it's awesome as heck! I had lots of fun playing it a few weeks ago. As far as I know, the fangames section isn't 100% limited to just Who Wants to be a Millionaire  |
