Rumor has it that there is going to be a Celebrity Edition of Syndicated Millionaire. What do you think of this? Is it a good idea, or a big mistake?
I think it will work; Meredith's Millionaire doesn't really have that big a "drama" factor, and I think that the whimsical celebrities will make the game more fun.
What do you think?

Well, it's kind of tough to say if it will work or not. Meredith likes to talk alot to her contestants, and if celebrities donned the hotseat, I don't think we'd see many questions in the show. She's been better about less chit-chatting with contestants this season, but that is my only quirk with her.

You know, the Celebrity edition of Syndicated Millionaire was filmed in November, and they still haven't aired it. Why not I wonder? Do you think they're waiting to use it to break up the end-of-summer repeat spectacular?

Yes, it's either that, or that the taping schedule is a little goofy this year. Today starts the second of two weeks of repeats (the first was last week). And there was no notification of this halt anywhere. I except we'll see it either late June/early July as there are still some regular shows to air.

Are you sure they did tape "Celebrity Millionaire"? They said it would tape, but I never heard about an actual taping. I suspect they dropped the idea before taping.

I'm not 100% sure that a celebrity edition was taped this season. It was probably one of those things that the producers said, "Hey, it would be cool if we could do this..." but it never happened.

Me too khicks! From what I've heard, Season 5 is going to be very similar to Season 4 which is good! Remember, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
