I have realised that australian millionaire has not had a winner since 2005, us 2009 (tournament of ten) and uk 2006
In these three countries the producers of each of the shows should let one person win the million

Huh. Well, define "producers should let one person win the million". If you'd like them to do it by either:
a) having better players who actually *know* how many letters and numbers there are on a reg plate in UK,
b) make the questions easier and/or have less "you either know it or you don't" questions so that people can work the answers out and risk playing,
c) getting rid of the stupid Hot Seat format,
d) giving contestants more time on the clock (just enough so they can think through the question but not enough to feel comfortable) and/or forcing a walkaway rather than treating running out of time as an incorrect answer,
I'm all in. If you'd rather have the production place in a fake contestant or, dear Lord, a celebrity, and make the win rigged - no thanks.

Fake contestants and celebrity contestants (especially in the uk) make millionaire TERRIBLE
