It's mere speculation, but I'm of the belief questions will be easier this season, given Cedric's salary, which is $1.5 million. I would have to believe Meredith's was higher last year; though I'm not sure of hers, in the least. Nothing else got upgraded, so my hope and thoughts are that the savings went into the prize monies budget.

It's a fair thought and since I was backstage most of the day I couldn't comment on it until I see some more shows or at least until my show airs.

While waiting in the holding room, we were shown a live feed of the tapings currently going on in the studio, and while watching, I noticed that the questions seemed to be easier than what we've seen in the past. That trend continued when we were brought into the studio to watch live. Hopefully this is the case for the entire season. We need someone to conquer the whole game. It hasn't happened since 2003. |

Yes they showed us the two shows that were currently being taped in the studio while in the holding room. I attended the 2:30pm taping for 8/28.

I really like this. The odds of two forum members being in the same studio on the same day are astronomical and you two managed to pull it off. Kudos.

Actually, that's not the first time that happened! I was at one of the preview tapings for season 10 on the same day as Divvy, although neither of us knew that the other was there. What a weird coincidence.

That's right Regisfan! We were the first test audience of the Shuffle format. In fact, before the premiere podium was completely built, the show used a fill in podium that was made of cardboard, bathroom tiles, a bar, and a vertical HD monitor.

We were both in the audience. The contestants were former big winners, but they were asked to come back to play the new format.
