Wow, you had the same problem too? Interesting. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one that had a PowerPoint logo on it. I was also wondering why it had the Microsoft Word logo on it instead of a PowerPoint logo. If I re-install it, don't I have to pay the full price again? Where would I go to download it? Thank you very much! Zachary wwtbamfan

*Sorry for long time to reply* No you don't have to pay at all to re-install it. If you had a disk, just put it into your disk drive and enter the same product key that you used to activate the copy that's there now. The key should be in the box. If you don't have a disk then i can find you Office 2010 by tommorrow night (BST)
-EDIT > Try and get hold of Windows 7 or 8 then you could get Office 2013

Hello, Sorry, but I don't want to do anything illegal, and I would strongly encourage you not to do anything illegal as well, so if that's what you are intending to do, then please don't. Thanks. Zachary wwtbamfan

Ah ok I see. ;-) If you want to download the installer, try and search isohunt.com (torrent site) for one or google it
*sorry for external link*
EDIT > Then input your product key you have in the installer

Or just buy the original copy instead.

Or just buy the original copy instead. Hello, Yes, but I have other Microsoft Office applications already and they work fine. Just PowerPoint is having problems as far as I can tell. I don't think Microsoft still sells Office 2007 (based on their website), and Office 2010/2013 wouldn't work on the OS I have. Thanks, Zachary wwtbamfan

Office 2010/2013 wouldn't work on the OS I have. You do have WinXP with Service Pack 3 installed as your operating system, right? I've heard that Office 2010 might work on your system.

Hello, No, I have Windows XP Service Pack 2. Office 2010 does work on Windows XP Service Pack 3, but not 2. Thanks, though. Thanks, Zachary wwtbamfan ------------------------ EDIT: Oct. 12, 2013 9:09 AMFixed mistake I made. I actually have Service Pack 3.

Hello, I have just found out that I have Service Pack 3. But how would I upgrade to Office 2010 now? Would I have to pay the full price or is there an upgrade available for Office 2007 to Office 2010? I don't want to torrent anything or do anything like that. Thanks, Zachary wwtbamfan

Hey, I am extremely sorry for bumping the thread, but I have found the solution, and I think this would benefit anyone having the same problem. I think the reason why my PowerPoint was being "corrupted" was because in the presentation, there were music files that I did not have on my computer. In other words, the program was trying to play a music cue that was linked to the file. It attempted to find the file but couldn't find it, thus making it crash. Hope this helps! Zachary wwtbamfan
